6. What is your return or warranty policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited. However, we stand behind our work with a 1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
7. How do I know what size handrail I need?
To determine the correct length, measure from the nose of the first step to the nose of the last step of your staircase. This will give you the total handrail length required. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you choose the right size.
